The reviews written bellow made me quite worried before arriving here but after staying here for a week I can say that my stay wasn't anyway close to being as bad as the reviews made it seem. My only honest complaints about this hotel is the lack of towels that they provide once they remove the dirty towels from the bathroom- meaning you have to ask a cleaner for towels (which wasn't much of a problem for me). The breakfast in the restaurant could be improved by having more variety of food however, I never had any problems with lunch and/or dinner. In my situation, no one in my family fell sick due to the food here. The bedroom was very spacious and clean alongside the beds being very comfortable. I never had any problems with the air conditioning which was great. The pools were clean and during my 7 day stay they were never closed. The nearby beach is beautiful and perfect to swim and relax in due to not having any big and disruptive waves. Perfect beach to watch the sunset. I have no complaints about the service from the staff as everyone was very friendly and very welcoming. The Brazilian, Cape Verde and mama Africa shows were fantastic, I definitely recommended watching them. The excursions that tui offers are very expensive and you can find the exact same excursions for much cheaper outside of the hotel so I recommend doing this. Overall the stay here was not as bad as some have made it out to be, so I do recommend this hotel.
